Kindl’s career in retail marketing began with The Sunflower Group, where she managed grand openings, product launches, and events across Wisconsin and Minnesota. She later worked as a media buyer for Creative Communication and Design, focusing on planning and buying for Trig’s, including their first Wausau store opening and rebranding. In 2008, Kindl joined Trig’s as the Director of Marketing & Communication, where she continues to lead marketing efforts for the company.

Kindl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with emphases in Advertising/Public Relations and Journalism, as well as a degree in Psychology from UWSP. She is passionate about working in all facets of marketing and communications and enjoys being part of a team that values collaboration and creativity.
Outside of work, Kindl loves spending time outdoors with her two children, whether camping, hiking, or traveling. Her passion word is "family," as they inspire everything she does.
