Nathan has worked for the organization in various capacities since 2004 having started his career as a front-end associate. He quickly developed into one of our best grocery department leaders in the company where his business acumen, leadership, and merchandising skills shined.

For the past seven years he has served our company as the Director of Center Store Merchandising. Recently, Nathan has been responsible for the company in areas of project management, total-store merchandising, remodels, resets, and overall operations. Nathan's role focuses on leading our high caliber team of merchandisers and store directors within our grocery and convenience stores while continuing to position our company in ways that support our core values and drives profitable success.

He brings leadership and initiatives to his new position with T.A. Solberg, Co., Inc. that will continue to steer our entities into future success.
