Ricky has worked with our company approximately 15 years, I have worked the fallowing in the stores. Bagger, Cashier, Front end supervisor, loss prevention, stock crew, meat service counter, seafood lead, Assistant meat lead, Meat lead, Center store assistant store director, Fresh assistant store director, senior assistant store director, store director, director of meat and seafood.

 

What types of certifications, education, or other licensing have you acquired?

Graduated from the Store directors institute provided by supervalu, certified train the trainer from crown, liquor license, serve safe certified.

What kind of awards, recognition, or honors have you been a part of in your career? Include years, title of honor/award,etc.

What parts of the job are your favorites? What are you passionate about? What gives you energy in this industry?

my favorite part of the job is getting to know our guests and my teammates. I'm passionate about building up one another and working as a team. I'm always trying to learn new things to better the things I do, hopefully making daily things easier for everyone else.

Why do you enjoy working for the company?

It is very much a big extended family, we look out for one another, and have a good time doing it.

What are some things that you are proud of that you accomplished, implemented, or executed while working for thecompany?

working my way up through the company, learning a trade in meat cutting, and working this summer at other stores coaching others.

What are some things you enjoy doing in your spare time?

spending time with my daughter, doing whatever activities we can find!

What is your"passion word" on your name badge and why did you choose it?

Family, my daughter is my world.
